Courtney Baron's 10-minute play The Blue Room premieired at the 1999 Humana Festival. Other productions include Dear Anton (Chekhov Now Festival), You Are Not Forgotton (workshop at the Royal Court Theatre, London), Dream of Heaven and Hell (Walkerspace, New York), The Good Night (Theatre for the New City, New York), Love as a Science (Seattle Fringe Festival), Clip (Frontera Fest), and The White Girl and the Sheep (Theatre Three, Dallas). In 1998, Baron received her M.F.A. from the Columbia University Playwriting Program.
