Deborah Lynn Frockt's work has been seen at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Alliance Theatre, Playhouse in the Square and Seattle Children's Theatre, among others. The Book of Ruth was the recipient of an AT&T Onstage award. When I Grow Up, I'm Gonna Get Some Big Words-adapted from the writings of the Civil Rights Movement-recently premiered to critical acclaim in Seattle. She has worked on many new plays as a dramaturg at Actors Theatre of Louisville and Seattle Children's Theatre. She is the editor of Seattle Children's Theatre: Six Plays Volume II. A Louisville native who now resides with her family in Seattle, Frockt is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of London.
