Paul Rusconi received his MFA in creative writing from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a Michener Fellow. His plays have been developed at the Miranda Theatre Company (N.Y.C.), the Ensemble Studio Theater (N.Y.C.), the WordBRIDGE Playwrights Lab at Eckerd College (Florida), and the Key West Theatre Festival. He was the recipient of the 2001 Mark Twain Comedy Playwriting Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Rusconi also writes fiction. His short story, Asking Robert Brennan, was a finalist for the 2000 Pen-Amazon.com Short Story Award. He lives in New York City.
