Tom G. Robertson is best known as a producer, screenwriter and director of film and television projects, which have been honored with more than 100 national and international awards including the George Foster Peabody Award, multiple Emmys, the National Achievement in Children's Television Award (4), along with top honors from the NY International Film Festival and from many other major film and television festivals. Robertson's programs have been seen on ABC, NBC, HBO, Showtime, the Disney Channel, PBS, A&E, the History Channel, TNN, Nickelodeon and worldwide syndication. His work includes premiere films for Disney and PBS-Wonderworks, after-school specials for ABC and NBC, and more than 70 young people's dramas for television, numerous music and variety programs with the top stars, along with many prime-time historical documentaries and miniseries and a daily reality-based magazine show. His stage plays include the one-act The Irish Murderer; Goldena, a three-act play based on the young life of Golda Meir in America; and Dancing with the Devil-The Trial of Hernando Cortez.
